What we collect, why we collect it, who sees it, and how to get it deleted.

1. Who is responsible for your data

KLIK is operated by BIGR IMPACT MEDIA LTD, Palaion Patron Germanou 11, Paphos 8011, Cyprus (registration number HE 469709). That company is the data controller. Contact: hello@klikonce.com.

2. What we collect

• Your email address, to create your account and send sign-in links and service emails.
• Your settings: caption style, posting times, chosen platforms, any example captions, emojis, hashtags and business details you give us.
• Your uploads: the photos and videos you add, and the captions written for them.
• Your connected accounts: which platforms you connected and the account name. The permission to post is held securely by our posting partner. We never see your passwords.
• Billing details: handled by Stripe. We receive your plan status and the last four digits and expiry of your card. We never see or store the full card number.
• Basic technical records, such as when a post was sent and whether it succeeded.

3. What we do not do

• We do not read or send your direct messages.
• We do not read or post comments.
• We do not sell your data or use your uploads for advertising.
• We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookie we set keeps you signed in.

4. Why we use it

• To provide the service you signed up for: storing your uploads, writing captions and publishing your posts.
• To take payment and meet our legal duties, such as keeping invoices.
• To keep the service safe and working, including preventing abuse.
• To email you about your account: your trial, a failed post, an account that needs reconnecting, or your queue running low.

5. Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us run KLIK, and only what each one needs:

• The social platforms you connect, which receive the posts you asked us to publish.
• Our posting partner, which holds the connection to your accounts and delivers the posts.
• Our caption-writing provider. To write a caption, a reduced-size copy of the photo, or one frame of the video, is sent to an AI service together with your caption settings. It is used to write your caption and not to train AI models.
• Stripe, for payments.
• Our hosting, storage and email delivery providers.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Some of these companies are outside the European Economic Area. Where they are, the transfer is covered by the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

• While your account is open, we keep what is needed to run it.
• When you close your account, we delete your uploads and settings within 30 days.
• Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to stop or limit how we use it, or to move it elsewhere. Email hello@klikonce.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live. In Cyprus that is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.

8. Age

KLIK is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

9. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will email you before the change applies.
